This privacy policy explains how BuildIntel® ("we", "us", "our") handles your information across our website and mobile applications. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data we do and do not collect.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from our mobile apps.
BuildIntel Camera and Audit by BuildIntel are designed to work entirely on your device. There are no user accounts, no cloud storage, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. All photos, projects, reports, and settings remain on your device and are never sent to our servers or any third party.

This data is not accessible to BuildIntel or any third party. If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be removed from your device.
Both apps include an optional "Buy Us a Coffee" tip to support development. This is processed entirely by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) through their respective payment systems. We do not receive or store any payment information. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies govern these transactions.
Our mobile apps do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any similar tools.
The only external services used are Apple's StoreKit (iOS) and Google Play Billing (Android) for processing optional tip jar purchases, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
Audit by BuildIntel includes an optional "Enhance wording" feature that uses AI to improve the language of your comments. When you use this feature, the text of your comment is processed to generate improved wording. No photos, personal information, or project data is included in this process.
Our website at build-intel.co.uk collects personal information submitted through enquiry forms, including name, email address, and phone number. This information is used only to respond to enquiries and provide information about BuildIntel services. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to respond to enquiries.
Our apps and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
